Preheat Oven to 375 and add olive oil to saute pan using medium heat. Wash the swiss chard and cut into smaller pieces and chop sweet onion into pieces, place the swiss chard and onion into saute pan. Do not over cook, this will just take a few minutes, you know when the swiss chard wilts that it is ready. In a bowl mix salt and pepper with milk, eggs and cheese. Next fold in the onions and swiss chard in to the mixing bowl with your other ingredients. Pour entire mixture into a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. This Serves 4-5 people. Quiche goes great with fresh fruit!
